The most important part of exercise is the long-term habit, and the most important part of a long-term habit, is the social aspect. I am not a personal trainer. I work with you to create a social plan that will make your new habits, lifetime habits.
I do work with each client to design an individual plan of movement to start. Next, once you have enough confidence under your belt, we will develop a social exercise plan that may involve committing to a gym, pilates studio, personal trainer, yoga, walking or hiking group that you will keep up for at least the remainder of a year. The experience to guide you is mine, but the choices are yours.
In some limited cases, if you have a chronic lifestyle condition like diabetes and are insured, working through my consulting primary care physician, we may be able to have the appropriate portion of the cost covered by health insurance.
